WHY I DO THIS WORK
I’m a mother of three, a certified professional coach, and a trained social worker with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and coaching.
During my years in corporate HR, through all this human interaction, I witnessed how chronic stress, emotional disconnection, and ineffective leadership often led to burnout.
When I became a mom, I also quickly realized that my ability to regulate my own emotions shaped the atmosphere at home. I also saw how helping my children name their feelings, understand their inner world, and learn to calm down didn’t just reduce tense moments—it built trust, connection, and a more peaceful family life.
These two insights helped me understand that emotional regulation isn’t just a skill; it’s the foundation of resilience, healthy relationships, and lasting well-being. This inspired me to shaped my mission: to help people develop emotional skills that empower them to meet life’s challenges—whether they're adults navigating transitions, teams seeking stronger connections, or children learning to handle small or big emotions or thoughts.
Through individual coaching, team workshops, and school-based programs, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported—where they can self-regulate and reconnect with their inner strength to find their own solutions.
I meet people exactly where they are.
My approach is rooted in connection, curiosity, kindness and compassion. I believe emotional regulation can be learned, practiced, and passed on. For some it will be harder than it is for others, and that is why I'm here to walk that path with you.

MY PATH SO FAR
Before becoming a resilience coach, I spent over 20 years in the corporate world — in roles that shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately led me here.
For several years, I worked at Accenture Global, one of the world’s largest professional services firms. As Program Coordinator and Co-Lead for Leadership Development, I helped design and deliver immersive leadership training for over 20,000 employees annually. It was a fast-paced, high-impact environment — and I loved the human side of the work: helping people grow, lead with authenticity, and navigate complexity.
Before that, I held various roles in HR — as an HR Business Partner, Talent Specialist, and Human Capital Lead for Accenture Belgium. And earlier still, I worked in customer service and recruitment for companies like Oracle, Microsoft, and Randstad.
But long before the boardrooms and leadership programs, I started my journey as a social worker — driven by the same passion I hold today: walking alongside others through life’s transitions and helping them find strength within themselves.
